About this Committee
The Internal Complaint Committee is established under the guidelines of the **Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace Act, 2013**, to ensure **gender equality** and a **harassment-free environment** on campus.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Address complaints of sexual harassment in a confidential and sensitive manner.
- Conduct inquiries and recommend appropriate disciplinary and remedial actions.
- Organize gender sensitization workshops and seminars for all stakeholders.
- Create awareness among students and staff about their rights and responsibilities under the Act.
