Tobacco and Drug Awareness Programme Successfully Conducted at PSV College

The Tobacco Use and Drug Awareness Programme was successfully organized by PSV College of Arts and Science in association with the National Tobacco Control Programme under the Department of Health & Family Welfare, Government of Puducherry.

The event aimed to create awareness among students about the harmful effects of tobacco and drug abuse and to encourage a healthy lifestyle. The programme was graced by Chief Guest Dr. R. Suriya Kumar, State Consultant, NTCP, who delivered an insightful and thought-provoking address highlighting the serious health risks of addiction and the importance of youth participation in building a drug-free society.

The session was highly informative and inspired students to take responsibility in spreading awareness about the dangers of tobacco and drugs.
