NSS Volunteer K. Kaviyaselvan Clinches 1st Place in District Drawing Competition!
Event Overview
PSV College proudly celebrates the outstanding achievement of our NSS Volunteer, Mr. K. Kaviyaselvan from 3rd B.Com General (Department of Commerce), who clinched the First Prize in the Drawing Competition at the prestigious District Level Youth Festival – 2026. This culturally significant event, aimed at fostering youth talent and personality development, was held on December 2, 2025, at Rashtriya Raksha University, Murungapakkam, Puducherry. Kaviyaselvan's victory highlights the high caliber of artistic talent and the positive engagement facilitated by our NSS Unit.
The festival was a large-scale collaboration, organized by the Government of Puducherry's Department of Sports and Youth Affairs, the Puducherry NSS Cell, and Mera Yuva Bharath. We are thrilled to announce that as a direct result of securing the top spot, Kaviyaselvan has been officially selected to represent the district at the National Level Competition. His success is a tremendous source of inspiration and pride for the entire PSV community.
