IQAC – Internal Quality Assurance Cell
The Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) at PSV College of Arts and Science plays a pivotal role in fostering a culture of continuous improvement. The IQAC functions as a nodal agency for planning, guiding, and monitoring quality enhancement activities across all departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Developing and applying quality benchmarks for academic and administrative activities

IIC – Institution’s Innovation Council
The Institution’s Innovation Council (IIC) at PSV College of Arts and Science is established under the Ministry of Education’s Innovation Cell (MIC), Government of India. The IIC fosters an ecosystem of innovation, entrepreneurship, and creative problem-solving among students and faculty.
Core Functions of IIC:
- Encouraging idea generation, design thinking, and project development
- Organizing innovation challenges, hackathons, and start-up support events
- Collaborating with industries, research institutions, and entrepreneurs
- Facilitating patent filing, incubation, and technology transfer
- Integrating innovation into the academic framework

Committees & Cells at PSV College
To ensure a safe, inclusive, transparent, and quality-driven academic environment, PSV College of Arts and Science has established various statutory and functional committees. Anti-Ragging Committee
The Anti-Ragging Committee is constituted in accordance with UGC regulations to prevent and eliminate any form of ragging on campus. The committee ensures a zero-tolerance policy toward ragging and works to maintain a safe and respectful environment for all students.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Monitor student interactions during the academic year, especially during admissions.
- Conduct awareness programs about the legal and disciplinary consequences of ragging.
- Provide mechanisms for anonymous complaints and prompt redressal.
- Liaise with law enforcement when necessary.
